1. It ended the cold war between Russia and America.
2. Violent groups who tried to get to power/ Terrorism. Economic Problems like high prices.
3. Iraq was forced to leave Kuwait, Hussein was still the countries leader. Iraq developed deadly nuclear bombs so America had to stop them. Iraq and the UN were still in conflict. U. S. gave Hussein money.
